Thank you for your interest in purchasing a country home at the wonderful Spring Glen Woods! We do not rent or sublet bungalows. We are a seasonal community (open roughly mid-May through early October) and bungalows cannot be used in winter. Please note that we are a shared co-op community, which means that all members are expected to participate in committees and/or board involvement and respectfully adhere to all applicable rules and regulations. You are purchasing shares within a community.
Each unit is approximately 300-400 square feet. These are small cabins with a bathroom, a kitchen, and one or two additional rooms (bedroom/living room). Some units have decks or porches, as noted in sales listings.
Viewings are by appointment only. Check back periodically to see if additional bungalows become available.
